Hunting for Sugar Bag Bees – Warjili

Warjili  bee produces bush honey, the honey is found underneath the rocks and we have to dig it out. We can tell if it is male, by the length of wax on the tree. The male bee makes the best honey for eating. The bee lives in the rocks and trees The white flowers on the Messemate and Coolibah tree let us know when it time to hunt for the honey.
